Cross Platform Build and Release Management

AnthillPro provides build and release management that is scalable, language agnostic and ready for the Enterprise. After years of working together informally, Urbancode and AccuRev partnered in 2007 to advance process automation and agility. Be agile. Deliver functionality fast. Stay in control.

Continuous Integration with AccuRev

AnthillPro can monitor numerous AccuRev streams for changes and build the project whenever a change is detected and get rapid build quality feedback to the team. AnthillPro users have the choice of ad-hoc builds, scheduled builds, poll based monitoring or using an AccuRev post-commit hook to build on commit. Multi-stage CI is also supported. Multi-stage CI is an AccuRev recommended strategy of building the integration streams of several team oriented streams, and frequently delivering well tested changes from the team to the mainline - building and testing that automatically as well.

Stream Pooling

To make sure AnthillPro knows exactly what goes into any given build, it locks the streams it builds from to the exact time of the build. This is great for the build, but would have negative consequences for other team members using that stream. To compensate, AnthillPro can be given a pool of build streams which it dynamically assigns as child streams of the build target, locks, builds from and then releases. This easy to manage pooling of resources allows hundreds of projects to be built regularly, with full control, and with as few additional streams as possible.
