Overview
3.6.2 is a patch release for bugs in 3.6.
Improvements
- Codestation Projects are now accessible in the Dashboard tree, along with other projects.
- Operation (non-life-cycle model) Projects are now merged into the main Dashboard. The Operations tab has been removed.
- Manual restart of workflows, jobs, and/or steps are now logged, including the user name.
- Tomcat caching has been improved to optimize performance.
Bug Fixes
- Repository pages with passwords now enforce mutual exclusion of the password and password script.
- Harvest repository page now displays an error if the given passwords do not match.
- Selenium step config page now marks the Browser field as required.
- Clover coverage report now includes all requested data.
- Running a project cleanup is now successful every time.
- Build Request now detects when there is no dependency changes.
- Lockable Resources now upgrade to 3.6 in MS SQL Server.
- Step timeout now explicitly say that it was timed out to prevent user confusion.
- Job Iteration of -1 now executes on all matching agents.
- Resolve Issue steps now find issues when using the change comment pattern.
- Assign Status Step now exports or imports which status it is referencing.
- Visual Studio plug-in now resolves artifacts. The cache is now recognized.
- Help documentation is no longer vulnerable to XSS.
- Projects with iterated jobs now fully import from 3.5 to 3.6.
- BeanShell security vulnerability has been fixed.
- When a workflow is waiting on a lockable resource, prioritization is now fully implemented. Jobs and workflows that have already been created and are waiting for a lock are now prioritized.
- Empty log files no longer throw an exception.
- Server OutOfMemoryErrors for permgen has been fixed.
- Perforce and NAnt projects can now be imported/exported.
- Trigger code is no longer null on a repository workflow trigger for remoting scripts.
- Agent Filter usage list now displays all necessary information.
- Changelog with dependencies no longer fails.
- Workflow Choice Task can now be saved and displayed.
- Persistent objects are now sortable.
- Having properties in workflow dependency artifact retrieval locations no longer causes a request failure.
- Default remoting script for creating a project has been updated.
- Workflow definition work dir settings are now upgraded to 3.6 for all SCM systems.
- Auto-agent upgrade from 3.5 to 3.6 does now restart non-Windows agents.
- Agent 3.5 to 3.6 Windows upgrade script now updates JVM registry value.
- Assign Status step no longer fails when "Both Status and Status selection script were specified".
- Logging of request failures in the build request log has been fixed.
- Iteration of -1, unique agents, in parallel now works for library workflows.
- Copy workflow to another project now updates the build profile.
- If a job uses an agent that is locked for the workflow and acquires a new directory, it no longer waits for agents.
- Copying of Non-Life-Cycle Model Projects on the Administration tree has been fixed.
