3.5.3 is a patch release for bugs in 3.5.
Features

Bugs
- Source configuration and repository incorrectly cached
- Changing a the schedule of a Life-Cycle Model's Cleanup does not refresh the page and show the new schedule
- Displayed test pass percentage is rounded up to 100% which is misleading.
- Installation overwrites the session timeout setting in the tomcat web.xml
- Need to change the color of the "*" for workflow properties
- Update of Project LCM does not update embedded workflows properly
- When editing a workflow the page behind the popup doesn't update with new values.
- Do not allow the restart of a failed job on the running workflow
- Permissions screen can show permissions that you can not manage
