Earlier this year at CITCON Minneapolis-St.Paul there was a session on creating a Continuous Integration Roadmap. Coming out of that session Eric published part of the group findings as this CI Maturity Model. Eric and I liked this general idea and expanded on it further to create a whitepaper on to describe our Enterprise CI Maturity Model. In the paper we decompose Enterprise CI into four elements: Building, Deploying, Testing and Reporting. We grade practices in each category with a level of maturity and share our opinions of what the industry norm is as well as our suggested target.

I'm heading down to CITCON Brisbane this week and I thought it would be useful to share some of the CITCON MSP inspired thinking. We've taken some of the images from our whitepaper and created this handy one-page flyer which we'll distribute at the conference.
